Below are the steps to for submitting your online application to the Local Producer Loan Program.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE: BEFORE SUBMISSION

1. Review the sample application and required supporting documentation and prepare the information you will need.
2. To submit an application, you will need to be logged into the website. If you don't yet have an account, you will need to register for one.
3. After you have created an account, log in and then click Return to the page you were viewing, which will take you to the loan application.
4. If you are already logged in, click here to start the application.
5. Complete the online application as instructed, then click Submit.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE: AFTER SUBMISSION

1. A contact from the Whole Foods Market region nearest you will contact you after receiving your application.
2. If your application is accepted for consideration, you will be required to provide the additional documentation listed here. In keeping with our concern for the environment, we require that these documents be submitted electronically.
