Our meat department offers old-fashioned butcher service from knowledgeable, experienced team members. Our 50 foot long meat counter offer meats that are all-natural, from animals raised without the use of antibiotics, added growth hormones or animal byproducts in feed and processed without the use of preservatives, CO2 or irradiation by ranchers and farmers who care about the animals and the environment in which they live. We deliver fresh, pristine seafood to our store five days a week, from local waters and from our own waterfront facilities in Massachusetts and Washington. Our 43-foot long seafood counter showcases seafood that is always free of sulfites or artificial preservatives and bought from sources that meet our stringent standards for quality and environmental stewardship, preserving marine habitats for future generations.

Specialty Foods

Our specialty foods include the world's finest artisan cheeses, local and organic cheeses, a wide variety of olives, patés, fresh pastas, fresh dips, gourmet chocolates, nitrate-free meats, wines from around the world, and a wide selection of unique beers.

Our knowledgeable Team Members make it easy for customers to choose a selection of cheeses for everyday enjoyment or entertaining. Informative signs display the source and flavor profile of the cheeses, and we invite customers to ask for a taste of any variety and to discover new flavors through samples.

Whole Foods Market dedicates an entire section of its stores to pampering, nurturing and caring for the whole body with a rich selection of luxurious personal care items in addition to nutritional supplements and vitamins. Our Whole Body department offers natural alternatives for common products. Many of our products are made with organic ingredients, including a full range of health and beauty aids and relaxation products.
